Rapper Lil Nas X stepped on the scene with a southern style hip-hop single “Old Town Road” which debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 and has held the number one spot for 13 weeks of the 17 weeks since being released. The breakthrough hit single has enlisted the likes of Billy Ray Cyrus, who appeared in the video and the Country music star’s daughter, Miley Cyrus joining Lil Nas X and dad on stage for a performance at Glastonbury.
As the nation celebrates June as Gay Pride Month, in remembrance of the Stonewall riots, a police raid that began in the early hours of June 28,1969, Lil Nas X sends a cryptic message to his fans about his new single titled, “C7osure”:
